Here are some truly effective habits for fighting aging, and I hope everyone can give them a try. Each of these small habits can lead to significant changes, after all, discipline is the key to freedom. 1. Sunscreen: It's crucial to pay attention to sunscreen. It forms the foundation for protecting your skin, preventing various issues like melanin production, spots, and wrinkles caused by UV rays. Rain or shine, make sure to apply sunscreen! 2. Diet: Ladies, what you eat should benefit your body, maintaining a clean, youthful state of health. The cleaner your diet, the healthier your stomach will be. Opt for lighter meals, cut down on sugary and fried foods, and load up on vegetables, fruits, proteins, fish, shrimp, meat, and eggs. You can also switch up your eating order, starting with veggies and reducing carb intake (but never skip them! Carbs are important for women!). 3. Minimalist Skincare: Lighten the load on your skin. Gone are the days of spending hours layering on skincare products. Now, focus on minimalist skincare, emphasizing moisturizing, anti-aging, and sun protection. With just one bottle each of cleanser, essence, anti-aging serum, and sunscreen, you're all set for skincare year-round.
