**Collagen:** One of the first supplements I tried was collagen, which I heard helps maintain skin elasticity and firmness. I chose a water-soluble collagen powder and took it on an empty stomach every morning. I must say, after using it for a while, I did notice some improvements! My skin felt plumper, and fine lines seemed to have reduced a bit.
